Privacy at LanyardMall
Effective 16 July 2026. This notice explains the information used to operate customer accounts, fulfil orders and provide delivery tracking.
We collect the details you provide during registration and checkout, including your name, email address, mobile number, delivery address and order history. Payment card or UPI credentials are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by LanyardMall.
We use Google Analytics and anonymous first-party event counts to understand visits, device types, traffic sources and shopping actions such as product views, cart additions, checkout starts and completed purchases. Analytics identifiers are not used by us to store names, contact details, addresses, payment credentials or the personal details entered at checkout.
If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides a unique account identifier, your name, email address and whether that email is verified. We use this information only to create or connect your LanyardMall customer account. We do not receive your Google password and do not retain Google access tokens after sign-in completes.
Information is shared only with services needed to operate the store, such as Razorpay for payments and delivery partners for fulfilment. Order and account records are retained for legitimate business and legal requirements and are protected with access controls.
